Investment Properties Pennies on the Dollar!
I am working with the agents and the banks doing all of the dirty work so you can concentrate on what you do without the hassles of multi-offers and asset manager shenanigans. My margin is very small- my goal is to give you a great deal! I typically look for deals in San Diego and south Riverside counties and concentrate on homes under $200,000, 3 bed 2 bath with lots of up side potential. As an appraiser for the last several years, I've seen a lot of great deals come and go. Now, I am starting to get these deals so I can pass them on to you.
